HAPPY HALLOWEEN everyone!!!!
To celebrate Halloween my son began his week by decorating a pumpkin. After a couple of days we pureed the pumpkin to make some goodies. We baked muffins and cookies. Both recipes were super delicious, but the cookies were superb. I baked it twice and it was gone in an hour. I highly recommend you to try.
